In this study, we fabricated a trilayer configuration consisting of stacked WS2/WSe2/WS2 using a wet-transfer method. The impact of annealing on the interlayer coupling was investigated via Raman and PL spectroscopy. This structure, featuring a type-II band alignment, enables charge transfer between transition metal dichalcogenides layers. The annealing process, performed after the transfer, plays an essential role in controlling the carrier dynamics in van der Waals heterostructures.
