Period and thickness of grating structure corresponded to 390 and 150 nm, respectively. The thickness of CQD film was 350 nm. (d) Magnified TEM image of synthesized InP/ZnS CQDs. The diameter of synthesized QDs corresponds to about 3.5 nm.
